摘要: BACKGROUND Post-exercise hypotension has been extensively described under laboratory conditions. However, studies investigating the persistence of this post-exercise decrease in blood pressure for longer periods have produced controversial results. The present investigation was conducted to verify effect a single bout exercise on ambulatory and identify potential factors that might influence fall. DESIGN study randomized controlled clinical trial. METHODS Thirty normotensive 23 hypertensive subjects were submitted two monitorings (using SpaceLabs 90207, SpaceLabs, Redmond, Washington, USA), which performed after 45min seated rest (control session) or cycling at 50% peak oxygen uptake (exercise session). RESULTS Normotensive demonstrated lower 24h level session. Hypertensive patients showed no significant difference between experimental sessions. Further data analysis revealed approximately 65% both groups experienced fall exercise. Moreover, subjects, significantly positively correlated with clinic pressure, negatively weight body mass index. response also greater women. In patients, as well uptake, age CONCLUSIONS observed humans depends individual characteristics. humans, is higher initial level.
