摘要: Abstract Recently, graphene oxide (GO) has gained more attention because of its various physicochemical properties, which can be tailored by optimizing the functional groups present at edges carbon atoms. The current research work reports on synthesis GO modified Hummers method and thermal reduction. Go is stable after 187 °C as revealed in TG-DTA analysis; therefore, it was reduced 300 °C. After reduction, interlayer spacing decreases from 0.92 to 0.30 nm with increase sp2 sp3 atoms observed XRD XPS, respectively. presence been investigated spectroscopic tools. R-GO few-layer sheets Raman spectroscopy. Also, separate enhanced wrinkle are FESEM image. effect electron concentration, structural ordering, restoration optical properties photoluminescence (PL) ultraviolet-visible (UV) spectra.
