摘要: Angiopoietin-1 and -2 are endogenous ligands for the vascular endothelium-specific receptor tyrosine kinase Tie-2. The angiopoietin/Tie system plays a critical role in regulation of endothelial cell survival maturation stability. Apart from its well-established morphogenesis, emerging data support involvement angiopoietins inflammation various malignancies. Previous studies have underlined significance several angiogenic factors normal placental development. In addition, imbalance is observed pregnancy complications related to impaired placentation, such as preeclampsia (PE) intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). However, there only limited information available on establishment competent feto-maternal system. this review, we present current knowledge regarding complications.
