摘要: Monokaryotic haustoria (M-haustoria) ofUromyces vignae inVigna sinensis cells are surrounded by an extrahaustorial matrix (ema) and the invaginated host plasmalemma, membrane (ehrn). The ema was characterized with antibodies against components of plant cell wall; contained hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins arabinogalactans/arabinogalactan proteins, both at a higher concentration close to ehm. Haustoria large vacuoles had encased additional layers. An electron-translucent inner layer deposited on top glycoproteins, callose. middle numerous dark inclusions, rich in pectin fucose bound xyloglucans. Finally, more electron-dense outer containing proteins whole structure. These polysaccharides, exception callose un-esterified pectin, were also found Golgi apparatus. polysaccharides synthesized trans cisternae secreted into host-parasite interface. secretory events seem be coupled endocytosis since coated pits ehm too. elongated, sometimes formed tubules coat reacted antibody clathrin. Our results suggest intensive recycling around haustoria, together secretion wall material, which case or less vacuolated seems responsible for encasement
