摘要: There is provided in the present invention a material for transfer of substance liquid, which can trap/remove an objective contained drainage water, waste water or liquid at limited area, and also readily retrieve polymer after trapping from liquid. The relates to containing blend comprising amine-based hydrophilic polymer.
