摘要: Behcet's disease (BD) is a multisystemic inflammatory disorder known as having histopathological findings of vasculitis. The influence sexual difference on BD well-known fact and there are several reports suggesting more severe course the among young males. purpose our study was to determine effects gender severity clinical features patients in Korea. included 1,901 with who fulfilled criteria International Study Group for Disease or corresponded complete incomplete type revised Research Committee Japan. Korea showed female predominance (M:F=0.61:1). skin lesions were observed 79.9% patients, which 77.6% had erythema nodosum-like lesion, frequent females. ocular common males showing higher frequency uveitis.
