摘要: A Dual-Finger Vital Signs Monitor is disclosed. The present invention overcomes problems suffered by previous patient monitors providing a simultaneous and continuous measurement of three primary vital signs: ECG heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation. employs pair finger cuffs that each include an electro-cardiographic electrode, first LED detector for pressure measurement, second oxygenation measurement. electrodes are connected to voltmeter which displays electrocardiogram. in cuff function as finger-photoplethysmographic sensor. gas lines connect controllers, fluid reservoir. One the servos linked meter. oximeters. All sensors operate independently. use two affords substantial advantages signal processing data interpretation. redundancy greatly reduces incidence false warnings. provides non-invasive reliable device monitoring patients who may suffer from cardiac or respiratory difficulties. This constitutes major step forward filed medical instrumentation.
