摘要: The aim of this article is to collect the results published from beginning (2000) on asymmetric direct aldol reactions taking place in presence immobilized chiral organocatalysts. seven groups organocatalysts discussed are: catalyzed by: (1) covalently bonded hydroxyproline organocatalysts; (2) prolinamide (3) peptide (4) other (5) by ionic groups; (6) with adsorptive bonding; and (7) types main objective based obtained using about 360 organocatalysts, bring focus catalyst systems which yield beta-hydroxyketones maximal optical purity, while keeping concentrations reaction times as low short pos...
