摘要: We describe the method of 31phosphorous magnetic resonance spectroscopy and review results when it is applied to study brain muscle energy metabolism in migraine subjects. Brain appears be abnormal all major subtypes measured both during between attacks. Impaired also documented skeletal muscle. suggest that associated with a generalized disorder mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation this may constitute threshold for triggering
