摘要: An effective process for the chemical–biotechnological utilization of trimming wastes vineshoots, an agricultural waste with little use, is reported. Initial treatment sulfuric acid (prehydrolysis) allowed solubilization hemicelluloses to give xylose and glucose-containing liquors (suitable make fermentation media lactic production Lactobacillus pentosus) a solid phase containing cellulose lignin. The residues from prehydrolysis were treated NaOH in order increase their cellulase digestibility.
