摘要: The paper presents the concept of an information system, which combines GIS with semantic web technologies. It relies on integration spatial data as well and knowledge about space, defines scope system. Thesauri ontologies are used for this purpose. This approach enables to build intelligent systems analysis decision making in field planning, including urban planning issues, location investment, property management, environmental protection management technical infrastructure transportation. second part describes development environment, supports implementation developed according described concept. These solutions attempt practical idea infrastructure.
