摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary malignancy of liver accounting for one million deaths annually worldwide. The incidence HCC in North America has almost doubled during past 20 years, more significantly among younger people aged 40–60 years [1]. Cirrhosis carries an increased risk developing with greatest patients hepatitis B and C. Of chronically infected C, 25% are expected to progress cirrhosis [2]. In setting cirrhosis, develops at annual rate 1%–4% annually, 25%–30% C HCC. Patients coinfection have highest [3]. mostly asymptomatic often detected a late stage. growth can be sporadic, screening must performed appropriate intervals detect lesions early [4].
