摘要: Abstract The flow properties, i.e. cohesion and slope of the yield locus, wheat flour sugar were measured using four testers, namely, triaxial cell, direct shear Jenike cell rotational split-level (RSL) over a range loading conditions. A statistical comparison was done at 0.05 level significance ( P ) to evaluate performance testers with respect loci. For flour, properties determined from RSL experimental data not significantly different. sugar, however, test results different other three testers. Therefore, seemed appropriate for determining similar powders, whereas, measuring powders.
