摘要: UV absorption spectroscopy, electrical conductivity and density experiments have been used to investigate the interactions of some small biomolecules (amino acids/dipeptides) with an active pharmaceutical ingredient in ionic liquid form (API-IL), benzalkonium salicylate (BaSal), aqueous solution. A number useful parameters, such as critical micellar concentration (cmc), aggregation (Nagg) limiting molar (Λ0) BaSal, standard partial volumes (\(V_{2,\phi }^{ \circ }\)), corresponding transfer from water BaSal solutions (ΔtrVo), expansibilities (\(E_{\phi hydration (nH) biomolecules, well binding constants (Kb) for biomolecule–BaSal complexes evaluated. The dependence properties on concentration, temperature alkyl chain length amino acids/dipeptides is examined. results are identify solute–solvent physicochemical occurring studied systems.
