摘要: Poly (A) tails are found at the 3' ends of almost all eukaryotic mRNAs. They bound by two different poly binding proteins, PABPC in cytoplasm and PABPN1 nucleus. functions initiation translation regulation mRNA decay. In both functions, an interaction with m7G cap 5' end message plays important role. is involved synthesis tails, increasing processivity polymerase contributing to defining length a newly synthesized tail.
