摘要: The function and structure of LysM-domain containing proteins are very diverse. Although some LysM domains able to bind peptidoglycan or chitin type carbohydrates in bacteria, fungi plants, the function(s) vertebrate remains largely unknown. In this study we have identified annotated six zebrafish genes family, which encode at least ten conceptual proteins. Two distinct sub-families called LysMD OXR were shown be highly conserved across vertebrates. detailed characterization gene expression embryos showed that all members these strongly expressed maternally zygotically from earliest stages a embryonic development. Moreover, analysis spatio-temporal patterns, by whole mount fluorescent situ hybridizations, demonstrates pronounced brain nervous system during larval None was responsive challenge with bacterial pathogens embryo models Salmonella Mycobacterium infections. addition, patterns mapped atlas.
