HISPANICS AND WORKSITE HEALTH PROMOTION: REVIEW OF THE PAST, DEMANDS FOR THE FUTURE

摘要: During the last 15 years, reports, books, and published pa- pers have demonstrated positive health benefits of comprehensive promotion disease prevention interventions at worksite. Although progress made in worksite should not be understated, experts agree that it is time to step forward address new demands changing labor force. One area intervention needs more aggressively addressed minority populations. Because work force projections show high participation rate His- panics will future force, Hispanic population one targets promotion. This paper reviews how employee programs panic workers past establishes directions for future.
