摘要: Abstract Pulse electrochemical machining (PECM) provides an economical and effective method for high strength, heat-resistant materials into complex shapes such as turbine blades of titanium alloys. The dimensional accuracy PECM can be improved if a small interelectrode gap is maintained. This paper presents model estimating parameters the minimum size under limit electrolyte boiling. A specially-built cell speed data acquisition system are used to acquire pulse current signal developing on-line monitoring strategy. stochastic analysis indicates linear correlation between variance filtered signal. An based on this proposed process.
