摘要: Abstract The Kramers-Kronig relationships derived in part I were applied to evaluate the optical constants of thin surface films by reflection spectroscppy. change reflectivity a platinum electrode, due formation an oxide layer, was measured between 0.89 eV and 6.19 eV. corresponding phase shift calculated from this data. Refractive index n 2 extinction coefficient k could be obtained these two quantities using literature values for thickness. at 540 nm (2.3 eV), = 3.1 1.7 agree with majority ellipsometric data literature. A band gap 1.4 electrochemically formed follows spectral dependence .
