摘要: To determine the mechanisms by which multiple forms of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptors are generated, we have mapped arrangement exons and introns in human FGF receptor 1 (FGFR 1) gene (flg). We found three alternative encoding a portion third immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domain receptor. One these alternatives encodes sequence that is part secreted form FGFR 1. The other two encode sequences likely transmembrane has not been previously reported published cDNAs. Also, determined structural organization 2 (bek) similar for Ig-like domain. genes suggests there conserved governing expression as well at least distinct membrane-spanning receptors. diverse appear to be generated splicing mRNA selective use polyadenylation signals.
