摘要: To simulate the forces from hopping, right foot of adult rabbits was subjected to 1 1/2 animal's body weight 40 times a minute for 20-40 minutes per day. During these brief periods repetitive impulsive loading legs were held in short-leg splints eliminate natural shock-absorbing mechanism associated with ankle dorsiflexion and calve muscle stretching. Under conditions subchondral bone stiffening occurred earliest metabolic changes cartilage damage. When returned normal effect on did not completely disappear, although effects diminished. The results suggested that accompanies osteoarthrosic chondrocytes suggests trabecular microfracture may occur very early this sequence events.
