摘要: Abstract Antihistamines up-dosing is now a gold-standard as well first line treatment in chronic urticaria therapy. At the beginning, this approach was based on experts’ opinions and case reports, sometimes small clinical trials. In review we tried to deliver data suggesting that kind of efficient safe. Moreover, safety also analyzed. Taken together, allowing for safe selection treatment.
