摘要: A procedure for immobilization of well-defined quantities oligodeoxyribonucleotides (ODNs) to a versatile nylon support is described. The solid support, nylon-6/6 bead, covalently coated with poly(ethyleneimine) provide reactive spacer-arm attachment ODNs. 5'-Aminohexyl-tailed ODNs are selectively activated using 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (cyanuric chloride) and then attached the bead via triazine moiety. modified has low level binding nonspecific nucleic acid efficiently captures both RNA DNA targets.
