摘要: From the electrical conductivity of pure cesium chloride crystals and doped with divalent impurities energy formation a Schottky defect pair can be calculated. The results obtained in this way comparison activation values as from measurements α- β-phase indicate that phase transformation is foreshadowed by termal vacancies. appears to structure-sensitive.
