摘要: Somatostatin-immunoreactive material has been found in D cells of the stomach, small intestine and pancreas (1–6); additionally, it is present vagal nerve fibres neurons myenteric submucosal plexus intestinal tract (7–9). Within gastrointestinal pancreas, an accumulation demonstrated fundic antral area stomach islets Langerhans, whereas a more scattered distribution shown large (10–12). This localization somatostatin organs which are exclusively responsible for adequate digestion, absorption disposal ingested nutrients raises possibility that might participate regulation nutrient entry from into circulation. Thus, somatostatin-containing contact with at all stages assimilation.
