摘要: Objectives The effectiveness of the implementation participatory ergonomics intervention to reduce physical work demands in construction was studied. Methods In a cluster randomized controlled trial, 10 bricklaying companies were randomly assigned either an group (N=5) or control (N=5). strategy used consultant-guided six-step approach which company stakeholders participated. Bricklayers and bricklayers’ assistants (N=65) (N=53) followed for 6 months, their use four ergonomic measures (adjusting height when picking up bricks mortar, adjusting at wall side, mechanizing brick transport, mortar transport) compared. assessed from worksite observations questionnaires baseline after months. workers’ employers’ behavioral change phases determined by interviews, respectively. Performance indicators researchers’ during process through completed workers. Results had no statistically significant effect on any measures, individual level. None passed all six steps intervention. Process outcomes suggest that ability increased. bricklaying, self-efficacy skills adapt scaffolding improved significantly. Conclusions did not lead greater transport materials. corresponding can help detect essential elements such This is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
