摘要: Piper polysyphonum is an endemic species in southeast Asia, the narrow habitat located Chinese provinces of Guizhou and Yunnan, country Laos. Recently, loss forests due to agricultural activity has dramatically reduced population size P. polysyphonum. In this study, eleven primer sets polymorphic microsatellite DNA loci were developed for Allele numbers ranged from two ten, with observed heterozygosities ranging 0.222 0.889. Four exhibited a departure Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, possibly admixture. No pairs revealed significant linkage disequilibrium. Among loci, extremely high TCG repeats obtained. The markers reported here should provide helpful means address questions concerning structure demographic history conservation efforts.
