摘要: Cyanobacteria are bacteria found in different ecosystems, such as lakes and rocks. These bacteria, capable of photosynthesis, important sources oxygen. However, some cyanobacterial strains can produce toxins, which harmful to humans animals. Therefore, collection epidemiological surveillance data on toxins the environment is vital ensure a low risk exposure other organisms. For presentation accurate environmental it essential understand their characteristics, including taxonomy, toxin proteins, genomic structures, determine effects bacterial populations production. Taxonomy, scientific classification organisms, identifying species producing toxins. The structure proteins stability allow researchers detect with analytical methods discuss limitations. Onthe hand, via molecular typing enables investigate toxic cyanobacteria by detecting toxin-encoding genes gene expression. Meanwhile, factors, nutrient level, light intensity, biotic predict suitable time location for sampling. In this review, these features, detection will be discussed.
