摘要: The Meteorology Division of the Air Force Geophysics Laboratory seeks improved techniques to detect cloud properties from satellites. Radiative transfer models for clouds are important tools technique development; however, their applications ice highly tentative due limited knowledge light scattering in clouds. problem exists terrestrial radiation IR, as well scattered sunlight visible and near-IR.
