摘要: A yeast provides an excellent model system for studying the function and regulation of genes proteins within eukaryotic cells. The research advantage this organism lies in ease which both classical molecular genetics can be conducted, permitting rapid identification genes, they encode, functions associated with proteins. This approach has been used highly successfully understanding how cells are able to regulate cellular copper, copper turn is that involved its homeostasis.
