摘要: Use of sunflower seed cake and coconut for citric acid production under solid state fermentation with two strains Aspergillus niger MTCC 281 KLCN2 were investigated. The was found to be a better substrate than yielded maximum amount the strain after 96 h fermentation. sugar consumption efficiency 76. 4 per cent.
