摘要: Abstract ZrO2, ZrO2:Dy3+ and ZrO2:Dy3+, Gd3+ films were synthesized using the Pyrosol technique. These have a ZrO2-metastable tetragonal crystalline structure, which is better defined as deposition temperature increases. Photoluminescence cathodoluminescence properties of these studied function parameters such substrate Dy3+ relative concentrations. All luminescent emission spectra showed typical electronic transitions 4f → 4f ions at 480, 574 655 nm. The intensity observed to increase with ion concentration up 7 at.% in spraying solution (1.8 at.% inside films), higher result an inhibition luminescence. Incorporation produced marked (approximately 15 times). elemental composition surface morphology are also reported.
