摘要: Our knowledge of the handling Cl− by muscle cells has increased immensely since classic work Boyle and Conway (1941) which revolutionized concepts about permeability sarcolemma to Cl−. In a complete turnaround from being considered impermeant, ions were deemed have free passage across membrane. The majority view was that so high transmembrane distribution assumed be determined entirely membrane potential, i.e., distributed at electrochemical equilibrium. All interest could possibly happen would reduction in dominating conductance causing large decrease resting therefore seriously affect electrical stability cell—the generation myotonic activity (Lipicky Bryant, 1966; Adrian Marshall, 1976). As with all successful revolutions, new regime dominated ideas, even other cell types, for several years.
