摘要: Understanding cardiac myocyte differentiation during embryonic heart development will provide insight into how to promote myogenesis in stem cell populations for cell-based therapies. This chapter reviews what is known about the origin of myocytes vertebrates, signals that induce myocardial specification, factors regulate transcription differentiation, and regulatory networks connect them.
