摘要: Falloposcopy is a transvaginal microendoscopic technique to explore the human Fallopian tube from uterotubal ostium fimbrial end. provides unique possibility visualize endotubal disease and may be used therapeutically for removal of debris cutting down filmy intraluminal adhesions. To assess clinical performance falloposcopy as part an infertility investigation, total 43 women scheduled laparoscopy investigation had performed in conjunction with laparoscopy. All were investigated at Danderyd Hospital, Stockholm Akademiska Uppsala, during 1995 1996. Images endosalpinx obtained 26 (60.5%). In 10 (23.3%), it was possible obtain images both tubes. No sufficient quality describe entire tubal mucosa detail. represents tool visualization provide valuable instrument in-vivo exploration physiology. However, certain technical problems limit usefulness this method routine practice. These have solved before can achieve central position treatment disease.
