Falloposcopy in conjunction with laparoscopy: possibilities and limitations.

摘要: Falloposcopy is a transvaginal microendoscopic technique to explore the human Fallopian tube from uterotubal ostium fimbrial end. provides unique possibility visualize endotubal disease and may be used therapeutically for removal of debris cutting down filmy intraluminal adhesions. To assess clinical performance falloposcopy as part an infertility investigation, total 43 women scheduled laparoscopy investigation had performed in conjunction with laparoscopy.
