摘要: Abstract A series of vanadium-doped TiO 2 catalysts were synthesized by a novel non-aqueous sol–gel method. Ammonium metavanadate was used as dopant source and diethanolamine chelating agent. The effect on the crystallization, optical properties photocatalytic activity doped films investigated. Furthermore, to identify effective composition samples, they characterized X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). characterization reveals presence some N originating from agent in all samples confirms V incorporation into samples. Undoped shows high under UV + visible only visible illumination due nitrogen. Among catalysts, 1 wt.% film exhibited highest activity. This synthetic method leads titania which performed much better vanadium ions are more homogeneously distributed than using O 5 alkoxide sources. V + N yield higher single films, but lower film. co-doping requires tuning concentrations optimize
