摘要: Traditionally, regional policy has sought to intervene ‘in place’. There have been many critiques of particular policies and strategies, a more sustained critique generally, based upon the complexity processes relative incapacity governments control, or in some cases even influence, these deliver outcomes they desire. In 21st century, there are new complicating – globalisation, greater mobility, kinds increased openness borders, rapidly shifting business models, accelerating disruption industries businesses by start-ups, distributed work that render much thinking, strategy related regions obsolete. This paper describes processes, what mean for and, fundamentally, way we think about regions.
