摘要: Here, we propose an exhaustive theoretical investigation and experimental verification of the false trigger-on phenomenon, which would lead to interaction between upper lower devices during switching transient, in zero-voltage-switching ZVS full-bridge converter. An equivalent model converter, takes not only parasitic capacitors metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors into account but also stray inductances main circuit, is presented. Based on model, a comprehensive study phenomenon carried out. According analysis results, have negligible influence phenomena since soft-switching realized. The induced by circuit.
