摘要: Abstract The coherence method, a technique for modeling multicomponent fixed-bed adsorption with time dependent feed conditions, has been applied to ion-exchange system under variety of operating conditions. Theoretically, the method can handle systems initial and conditions any degree complexity. This paper will present results an experimental study verify practical utility method. A ternary K+, Na+, Li+ on fixed bed AG-50WX8 resin studied. Breakthrough curves have obtained single abrupt, multiple linear influent composition changes. non-equilibrium model also developed used describe limiting binary exchange cases. breakthrough compared predictions both models.
