摘要: A microchip protocol for the capillary electrophoresis separation and electrochemical detection of thiol-containing degradation products V-type nerve agents is described. The assay relies on derivatization reaction 2-(dimethylamino)ethanethiol (DMAET), 2-(diethylamino)ethanethiol (DEAET), 2-mercaptoethanol (ME) with o-phthaldialdehyde in presence amino acid valine along amperometric monitoring isoindole derivatives. Both off-chip on-chip reactions have led to highly sensitive rapid thiol products. Various parameters influencing derivatization, separation, processes were examined optimized. These include co-reagent, reagent-mixing ratio, time, injection voltage, potential. chip microsystem offers a (<4 min) simultaneous micromolar concentrations DMAET, DEAET, ME. Linear calibration plots observed fo...
