摘要: PLZT fine powders have been synthesized by a hydrothermal process using lead acetate, lanthanum zirconium n-propoxide and titanium isopropoxide as starting materials. The synthesis was performed at 200°C for 8, 12 24 h. 4 M KOH used mineralizer to adjust the pH an optimum value mixed precursor solution. After treatment solid portion separated out, washed dried 100°C h, where were obtained. characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). pressed sintered obtain high density ceramics, which then investigated XRD SEM. dielectric properties of ceramics measurements constant loss function temperature fixed frequency.
