Competing Concepts of Subsidiarity in the Early Warning Mechanism

摘要: The essay aims at analysing how the relationship between parliaments in European Union (EU) – the European, national and regional – are shaped after coming into force of Treaty of Lisbon early warning mechanism can contribute to promoting their participation EU decision-making.
