摘要: The structures of large O-glycosidically linked oligosaccharides derived from swine trachea mucin glycoprotein were established. Reduced released by treatment with alkaline borohydride separated gel filtration on Bio-Gel P-6 and the neutral isolated chromatography DEAE-cellulose. Eight (DIa to BII), ranging in length 8 15 sugar units, isolated. On basis carbohydrate composition analytical data sequential exoglycosidases permethylation analysis, following assigned these oligosaccharides: (Formula: see text).
