摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate, in vitro , the effects increasing concentrations GnRH on spontaneous mechanical activity patterns uterine smooth muscle preparations cows during follicular and luteal phases oestrus cycle. Uterine strips from 14 9 phase were collected immediately after slaughter processed within 60min collection. Two same uterus mounted an isolated organ bath with two chambers evaluate role decapeptide myometrial contractility.
