摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate, in vitro , the effects increasing concentrations GnRH on spontaneous mechanical activity patterns uterine smooth muscle preparations cows during follicular and luteal phases oestrus cycle. Uterine strips from 14 9 phase were collected immediately after slaughter processed within 60min collection. Two same uterus mounted an isolated organ bath with two chambers evaluate role decapeptide myometrial contractility. After equilibration period at 20mN resting tension, recorded for 10min mean contractile force (MCF) calculated. Then antagonist (antide) added one chamber fixed concentration (10 −4 mol) allowed diffuse solution make contact strips. Subsequently, baths time MCF 10min. effect evident only subjects phase. Our results are suggestive presence receptors bovine tissue. involvement contractions mating can be postulated.
