摘要: The temperature is an important parameter with regard to chemical reactivity. It therefore essential ensure good thermal control within microsystems designed carry out biological analysis. We begin by reviewing measurement in the context of lab-on-a-chip, and outlining various generic strategies available. then turnmore specifically luminescentmolecular probes. We shall show that they all exploit effect on a reaction (in broad sense term). More precisely, these probes can be divided three main categories depending whether one relies phase transition, modification rate, or shift equilibrium. also discuss experimental used transform image obtained fluorescence microscopy into map. Finally, we extend discussion few other spectroscopic techniques examine prospects for this particular area microfluidics.
