摘要: Abstract Recently, although the requirement of quality VOD content has been transferred upto class HD, conventional management systems characterized by OS dependency are truly limited in video image, stability, and compatibility network environments. In addition most realize very capabilities for real affairs distribution services such an dependent environment. this paper, we propose a new scheme HD-Class Content Management System to solve these problems. We design implement proposed system based on open sources using H.264 compression method. The offers high method opened independent on-line so that it can be realized as integrated contents. Moreover, our solves problems occasional cutting-down video, small screen, poor image exist wmv-type CMS. According result performance evaluation, maintains sufficient tolerence case large scale HD operations or fabrications. expect DB will especially effective when applications changed from Internet Web environments mobile terminal
