摘要: Burow's solution, or aluminum acetate is effective in inhibiting various microorganisms including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) that are commonly observed chronic suppurative otitis media. It takes several days to prepare solution using sulfate, and the pharmaceutical properties of not fully understood. In this study, effect storage (5 months) prepared according Teine-Keijin Hospital manual on its antibacterial activities was examined. We also attempted develop a rapid preparation method (or 1.7% aluminum) two commercially available compounds basic (Al2O(CH3CO2)4, Al(OH)(CH3CO2)2). The pH, osmolarity activity, were same among different preparations for 5 months at 4°C had no these properties. potency dependent concentration against S.
