摘要: Expression of receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) plays a key role in the progression prostate cancer. However, therapeutic potential targeting RAGE expression cancer is not yet evaluated. Therefore this study, we have investigated effects silencing by RNAi approach both vitro and vivo. The results study showed that down regulation inhibited cell proliferation androgen-dependent (LNCaP) androgen-independent (DU-145) cells. Furthermore, resulted apoptotic elimination these cells activation caspase-8 caspase-3 death signaling. Of note, levels specific antigen (PSA) were also reduced LNCaP transfected with constructs. Importantly, constructs when administered nude mice bearing tumors, tumor growth RAGE, its physiological ligand, HMGB1 up regulating receptors DR4 DR5 expression. Collectively, first time show may be promising alternative strategy treating
