摘要: Cyber-physical Systems (CPS) in industrial manufacturing facilities demand a continuous interaction with different and large amount of distributed networked computing nodes, devices human operators. These systems are critical to ensure the quality production safety persons working at shop floor level. Furthermore, this situation is similar other domains, such as logistics that, turn, connected affect overall efficiency. In context, article presents some key steps for integrating three pillars CPS (production line, facilities) into current smart environments order adopt an Cyber-Physical (CPSoS) paradigm. The approach focused on integration several digital functionalities cloud-based platform allow real time multiple interaction, data analytics/sharing machine learning-based global reconfiguration increase management optimization capabilities increasing facility services, energy efficiency productivity. Conceptually, isolated may enhance their by accessing information systems. introduces particular vision, main components, potential challenges envisioned CPSoS. addition, description one scenario realizing CPSoS vision presented. results herein presented will pave way adoption that can be used pilot further research emerging topic.
