摘要: Cephalosporin C was extracted from diluted or whole broth by PEG/salt aqueous two-phase systems. Parameters such as PEG molecular weight, salt type, pH, and concentration were investigated for finding a suitable extraction system. In 600/ammonium sulfate phosphate systems, K(c) (partition coefficienct of cephalosporin C) observed to be larger than 1, with K(d) coefficient desacetyl being smaller 1. The particular values these coefficients would imply that the difficult separation could possibly achieved via extraction. addition surfactants, water-miscible solvents, neutral salts enhancement efficiency also investigated. surfactants system did not affect substantially. increase whereas decreased result acetone, MeOH, EtOH, IPA, n-BuOH. Meanwhile both decrease whenever salts, NaCl, KCl, Kl, KSCN, added. partitioning behavior in filtered, whole, different batches notably quite similar broth. recovery yield function centrifugal force used phase separation.
